The certification system is divided into two principal schemes:

• scheme 1: constructions
• scheme 2: organizations

The principal schemes are further subdivided in different specific schemes, according to the field of application:

For constructions:

• scheme 1a: specific scheme for offices, residential buildings and schools
• scheme 1b: tailormade specific scheme for a series of specific buildings, according to the wishes of the client
• scheme 1c: tailormade specific scheme for a new type of constructions that do not (yet) fall within the scope of scheme 1a

For organizations:

• scheme 2a: certification of enterprises (architects, engineering firms, real estate developers)
• scheme 2b: certification of manufacturers)
