The photos on the Valideo website are used to promote the Valideo certification system for sustainable construction. These photos serve to illustrate sustainable construction, not the candidates and winners of the Valideo certification system. The examples of buildings and organisation on the Valideo website have nothing to do with the Valideo certification system, unless specified otherwise.

The photos have been supplied by their owners for limited use on this website. Seco is not responsible for all or some of the photographs being illegally copied or distributed beyond the scope agreed with the owners of the rights.

As expressly requested by the owners of the usage rights for the photographs provided, Seco features the necessary credits below each picture. However, some sections of the site do not allow the obligatory wording required by the owner of the photos to be displayed, particularly in the graphic sections such as the flash banner at the top of the page. Consequently, Seco includes all the obligatory wording required by the owners in this section, entitled "image credits".
